Monthly billing

Programs are billed monthly in advance — before the first lesson of each month. This structure reflects the mutual commitment between Mr. Ral and your family. When both sides are fully invested, the results follow.

Makeup lessons

Life happens. If your child needs to miss a session, notify Mr. Ral at least 24 hours in advance and a makeup lesson will be scheduled within the following two weeks. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice are not eligible for makeup.

Vacation & travel

Most students continue their lessons while traveling — Mr. Ral is fully online so your location never matters. If you need to pause for a planned trip, notify Mr. Ral before your monthly payment date and that month will be prorated accordingly.

Programs run year-round with no seasonal breaks built in. Consistency is one of the core principles of The Ral Rise System™ — students who practice year-round develop faster and retain more than those who pause.

All lessons online

Every lesson is delivered online via video call. Students across the country train with Mr. Ral with the same results as any in-person program. You need your trumpet and a decent internet connection. That's it.

About programs and pricing.

Can I switch programs after I start?+
Yes. If your child's goals change or Mr. Ral recommends a different program based on their progress, you can switch with notice before the next billing date. Mr. Ral will always be transparent about what he thinks serves your child best.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?+
No contract. Programs are month-to-month, billed in advance. You can stop at any time with notice before the next payment date. That said, the Ral Rise System™ is designed for long-term development — students who commit consistently see the strongest results.
What if my child has an audition coming up soon?+
Book the Performance Evaluation as soon as possible. Mr. Ral will assess exactly where your child stands and build a focused preparation plan around your audition date. The sooner you start, the more structured the preparation can be.
Do you offer any discounts for multiple lessons per week?+
Students who want more than one lesson per week can schedule additional sessions at the standard rates — $89 for 30 min or $149 for 60 min. For students pursuing auditions or competitions, Mr. Ral may recommend increased frequency during preparation periods.
When is payment due each month?+
Payment is due before the first lesson of each month. If you need to pause or cancel, notify Mr. Ral before the payment date so the month can be prorated or the pause can be arranged in advance.
What happens if we miss a payment?+
Mr. Ral works directly with families — communication is always the first step. If something comes up, reach out proactively and we will find a solution. The goal is a long-term relationship built on trust, not a transactional arrangement.
My child already has a teacher. Can we do both?+
Some families start with the Performance Evaluation to understand where their child stands before making any changes. The evaluation gives you a clear picture of your child's development regardless of what you decide next.
